Samsung Galaxy A01 Could Available In Three Colors
Surprisingly, Samsung added a new smartphone dubbed Galaxy A01 to its growing Galaxy A lineup. Unlike current trends, the moniker A01 seems a bit strange and interesting at the same time. Even though the A01 is an entry-level smartphone, it still packs in an enormous amount of RAM and internal storage. Since we’re looking at the entry-level phone, the polycarbonate back with thick bezels on the front is expected.
SAMSUNG GALAXY A01: SPECS, FEATURES
The Galaxy A01 features a smaller 5.7-inch Infinity-V LCD display with HD+ resolution. The display has a V notch cutout that houses a 5MP selfie camera. Inside the hood, the phone runs on an unnamed octa-core chipset with 4x cores clocked at 1.95Ghz and 4x clocked at 1.45Ghz. The SoC is paired with a massive 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The phone also comes in a variant touting 8GB RAM while keeping the same onboard memory. If it’s not enough, you can use the MicroSD card to expand the storage to up to 512GB.
Coming to the optics, there is a dual-camera module at the back featuring a primary 13MP lens (f/2.2 aperture) and a secondary 2MP depth sensor (f/2.4 aperture). The rear camera should record 1080p videos although there is no official confirmation on the same. All of these are fueled by a rather smaller 3,000mAh battery packed inside. Unfortunately, the company has not revealed any information on the charging rate. For audio connectivity, there is a 3.5mm headphone jack on the top of the phone. It is worth mentioning that there is no fingerprint sensor on the smartphone so you will have to use the traditional password method.
Although Samsung has announced the Galaxy A01, there is no official information on the pricing of the phone. The device is available in three different color options – Red, Blue, and Black. Furthermore, the availability details also remain unknown at the moment.
