Samsung Galaxy A51 Launched In Europe With Starting Price $377
Samsung has finally launched the Galaxy A51 smartphone in the European market. This falls in line with our previous report that both the new 2020 devices namely A51 and A71 will head over to the region in the coming days. After launching the former, it seems like the company will soon bring the latter to the market as well. For those who’re unaware, Galaxy A51 has already made its way to Vietnam last month.
As expected, the company has launched the same three memory configurations – 4GB+64GB, 4GB+128GB and 6GB+128GB in the region. The lower variant comes with a price tag of 340 Euros in France while it sells for a slightly higher 450 Euros in Dutch. The 6GB RAM variant, on the other hand, will set you back around 410 Euros in France and 350 Euros in 350 Euros.
Coming to the specifications, Samsung A51 comes with a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display. Under the hood, it runs on Exynos 9611 chipset paired with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage. You can also expand the internal storage to up to 512GB via MicroSD card. In terms of optics, there is a quad-camera module at the back in the L-shaped design. The setup consists of a 48MP primary sensor, 5MP depth sensor, 5MP macro, and 12MP ultrawide lens. For selfies, there is a single 32MP front snapper located inside the punch-hole cutout.
All of these are backed by a 4,000mAh battery packed inside with 15W fast charging support over USB Type-C port. Other features include Android 10 based One UI 2.0, 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC. The smartphone is already up for grabs on Amazon and offline retailers in Europe. It is worth mentioning that a couple of days ago, Indian support pages for both A51 and A71 went live. This means that both the devices will soon head for the Indian market.
